Terms and Conditions

To make a reservation, a 25% deposit of the tour price is required, payable by credit card through the website or via bank transfer. The remaining 75% of the tour price is due on the day of departure, payable in cash or by credit card.
Please arrive at the boarding area at least 15 minutes in advance to make the payment and board the boat for departure at the scheduled time.
Any delay in the departure time beyond the control of Black Lizard Tours will not result in an extension of the tour time.
We will contact you at least one day before the departure of the excursion to coordinate details via call, WhatsApp or email.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Cancellations by the customer:
Black Lizard Tours accepts changes and cancellations with prior written communication via our email info@blacklizardtours.com, or via our WhatsApp number and calls at least 72 hours in advance without penalty of 25% of the total value of the booking.
If the cancellation is due to illness or other duly justified reasons, 25% of the total booking amount will be refunded. If the cancellation is not due to a duly justified reason, the 25% deposit of the total excursion cost will not be refunded.
Cancellations due to adverse weather conditions:
Departures are always subject to the weather forecast and conditions on the day of departure. If conditions are adverse, such as waves exceeding 1 meter or winds exceeding 25 knots, the excursion will have to be cancelled.
This decision will be made by Black Lizard Tours and will be made on the same day as the tour if necessary.
If it is not possible to carry out the excursion for this reason, the client will have the option to change the date and time of it depending on the availability at the time of the cancellation, and if this is not possible, the full amount of the deposit and reservation payment will be refunded.

The route will be proposed by the skipper, with the final decision being the client's, except in adverse weather conditions or in situations that the skipper assesses as jeopardizing the safety of the crew and vessel.

Cancellations by Black Lizard Tours:
In the event of cancellation due to boat breakdown or because the skipper is unavailable (and cannot be replaced), the client will be refunded the full amount of the deposit paid for the booking, or the date of the excursion will be changed depending on availability, at the client's discretion.

GENERAL RULES AND RECOMMENDATIONS

• For your safety, it is recommended to use the ladder and bathing platforms to enter and exit the vessel, taking special care with other vessels around us.

• It is recommended that children under 3 years old wear a life jacket at all times during the excursion.

• The number of passengers on board may never exceed the number indicated in the reservation.

• Bring a hat, sunscreen, and a towel.

• The environment and the marine environment are everyone's responsibility. Please do not throw plastics, containers, oils, or food scraps into the sea.

• Smoking is not allowed on the boat.

• Our liability insurance does not cover the loss or damage of passengers' personal belongings.
