Reservation:

Please check the availability of the experience and dates with us via WhatsApp, phone, or email. If the boat is available, we will send you an email address where you can make the reservation.

To formally reserve the boat for the desired dates, a 50% deposit is required in advance, payable by bank transfer or Bizum (business account). The remaining balance, along with any requested extras and fuel consumption, is due on the day of charter. (Payment by card or Bizum (business account) is also accepted.)
GASOLINE:

DRUID: Gasoline is included in the rental price.

SULAY: Fuel is NOT included in the rental price and is paid separately. Our boats have a fuel counter, which will be reset to 0 at the start of each trip. At the end of the trip, the fuel will be charged at €2/L.

At Menurka, we'll do our best to ensure you have the best possible onboard experience. However, sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate or unforeseen circumstances arise. This can sometimes force us to cancel or reschedule a reservation.
1. CUSTOMER CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your booking free of charge with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, no refund will be issued, except in cases of medical leave, force majeure, or if agreed upon due to bad weather.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY DUE TO BAD WEATHER
At Menurka we want you to enjoy your experience to the fullest, so if the weather is not good, it's best to change your reservation to a different day or cancel it and receive a 100% refund.
We will try to find a change of date or an alternative route to ensure a good boat experience.
Adverse conditions will be considered to be: waves of more than 1.5 meters in the area where the boat trip takes place.
Strong winds exceeding 22 knots.

3. COMPANY CANCELLATION POLICY
In case the boat is broken down, the company will offer you another similar boat for the same date, and if this is not possible, 100% of the amount will be refunded.
